The Hotel is in the heart of Accra, situated in Accra’s newest commercial and retail area, located off Independence Avenue and Airport Bypass, near the Kotoka International Airport, and is within walking distance of the most important venues in the city.

The hotel and office building will use 5,000 m2 of prime land located at the heart of the city. It comprises of 14 floors, including a Roof Top with 2 restaurants and amazing views from the panoramic terraces. There will be 8 floors for hotel rooms, 2 floors for kitchen and laundry facilities, 2 floors for underground parking and technical facilities, 1 floor for SPA and gym and the first floor for the lobby, restaurant, business centre and shopping area. The hotel is currently under construction and expected to be completed in 2021.
